Allen Kelly & Co.'s primary focus is to ensure that our customers get the comfort they deserve. Our approach is to treat a comfort system as a total package. While the equipment is the foundation of the system, the air distribution is just as important, sometimes more important, to the proper operation of any comfort system. Every Allen Kelly system is specially designed to provide comfort and efficiency. At your request a Comfort Consultant will come to your home or HomeSite or Jobsite, at no cost or obligation to you, to survey the total job. The consultant will make recommendations about the size ("Tonnage"), efficiency ("SEER"), type of equipment, fuel options, and control strategy that would best serve your home. The consultant will discuss options/ accessories that would improve your comfort and answer any questions that you have concerning possible benefits associated with them. A quote will then be written and left with you for the work that is suggested. Ductwork will be designed especially for your job, to be made in our state of the art sheet metal fabrication facility, to solve airflow concerns. Systems that we design range from Geothermal multi-staged systems with zone control, to dual fuel systems, to basic gas heat-a/c systems and anything in between. Our stability in the industry allows us to offer a wide range of financing options including TRANE, CP&L, PSNC, and several private financial institutions.
